Notes: Android tablets are on their way to the front of the technology lines and many would like to see a tablet released that doesn't cost a finger to get great daily use out of. I day dreamed for awhile and put something together I wouldn't mind seeing in the $400-500 range. The HTC Saber HD fits that bill. It's certainly not a voice communication or image capturing device, but it makes up in the performance department. Boasting a 29.4cm (11.6in) WIDE x 22.3cm 8.8in TALL frame, NVIDIA Tegra 2 - 2GHz Quad-core ARM® Cortex-A9 Processors, 2GB High Speed/Energy Saver RAM / 32 GB SSD, a 10’ x 7.3’ (12.3’ Diagonal) AMOLED HD Touchscreen Display, Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) Native OS and WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS built in, this tablet puts portable power as we know it into question. At that price, let's hope that it's not just a dream. This was something sitting around for a bit. I'm glad I was able to get it out there for people to look at and possibly use in their presentations. I will be adding more the this .PSD in the future. As always, free to use in anything non-profit, non-commercial, just credit and post me a link in the comments if you use it in your project. If you see something wrong with the .PSD, have a request for a product or just wanna say hi, please do! Feed back is encouraged.
Thanks for the my friends! Watch me for more stuff like this! You will always find the latest updates to my .PSD's here on my Deviant Art profile.
Thanks my friend. Motorola just rolled out their tablet for the public eye and even though the specs arent announced yet, they seem to be similar to what I've posted on this concept. Lets hope the tablet wars of this next year yield high but CHEAP tablets.
True. I've seen it while back. But not only Motorola will release a tablet in the nearest future. As I good recall Asus also have announced few tablets for Q1 2011... I can only hope, that at least one of them will be based on Android with good specs - something similar to tegra chipsets, but dedicated to tablet
FYI: Tegra 2 is a 1Ghz Dual-core processor.
I can only wish myself that your concept will be true and produced developed!
Like others - I need to change my pants
